Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns currently cannot be done over the website. Please contact us at (601) 354-4960.
In order for an item to be returned, it must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Some items are non-returnable, this includes but is not limited to all food and beverage items. If you have a question about whether an item is returnable please contact us.
Credits are issued against the original invoice once the items have been picked up and returned to our warehouse.
Delivery Charge
There is a $5 delivery charge for orders totaling less than $25 pre-tax. This includes State contract items. Items that are picked up at one of our locations are not subject to this charge. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about delivery charges.
Rush Orders
We try to deliver all orders in a timely manner. If you have a rush order or must have an item on a certain date please contact us with your reference number after placing the order so we can be absolutely certain you will receive your item when you need/expect it.
As outlined in the State Contract any orders will be delivered within 10 days. For certain customers we are required to deliver to your receiving department. Orders that are signed for by receiving are considered delivered.
Custom Printing/Custom Items
We offer custom printing including: business cards, name plates, envelopes, letterheads, forms, stamps, signs, and many other items!

Large/Bulk Orders
Discounts are occasionally offered for large orders of the same item. This is done on a case by case basis. If you would like to see if an item may qualify for such a discount please contact Ginger Ford prior to placing the order.
Saved Orders
Orders can be saved from your cart for order at a later time. These orders will expire after 3 months.
